To realize these goals we developed a unique motorized damper system for recirculating only fresh air through a stainless steel heat exchanger before the air enters the booth for curing. In very cold climates we offer a recirculated system and direct fired units.

Paint and Cure Spraybooths are designed for production operation. In an eight-hour day, you can paint and totally cure 6 to 8 units that rarely require rubbing.

To speed production and ensure high-quality results we offer an unexcelled variety of options. They range from lower lights for more balanced lighting to a filtered air extraction system with photohelic monitoring. This system tells the operator when filter have reached their maximum holding capacity while still maintaining a very slight pressure in the booth to keep out foreign contaminants. A variety of air exit systems allows the Paint and Cure downdraft booth to be placed above ground, in ground or over a prepared "H" pit in the concrete floor.
